Description
Tempeh is a naturally fermented superfood, made with simple ingredients that is high in
protein, vegan-friendly, and a great source of prebiotics for maintaining a healthy gut.
Organic Chickpea Tempeh is a popular choice for soy-free diet, it has a starchy texture and unique fragrance.

Best Before Date: 9 months from manufacture date.
Storage: Keep in freezer -18°C
Defrost: Thaw in the refrigerator. Once opened, keep refrigerated in an airtight container and consume within 2 days.


How To Cook: Once defrosted, tempeh can be sliced, diced, or minced and used in stir-fry, curry, sandwich, salad, pasta etc. For the tastiest tempeh, marinate it for at least 30 minutes to absorb flavours.
