運輸政策

基本運費及免運費條件：

      一般產品：

  • 基本運費HK$40；滿HK$300免運費

      冷凍或急凍產品：

  • 基本運費HK$75.00；滿$300運費減HK$35.00（實收HK$40.00）；滿$500免運費

      註：混合貨品將以冷凍或急凍產品標準計算。

我們使用各種香港快遞服務運送。 訂單通常會在 1-2 個工作天內處理，並在 1-2 個工作天內出貨。 交貨時間為週一至週五，公共假期除外。

送貨範圍

我們送貨至香港所有商業及住宅地址。 我們不接受郵政信箱地址，但可以接受 SF 儲物櫃。 對於偏遠地區，我們可能無法為客戶提供送貨服務。

運送時間

運送時間通常為 1-2 個工作天，視收貨地點而定。 一旦訂單準備好，我們就會隨即發貨。

追蹤訊息

您的訂單出貨後，您將收到一封包含追蹤資訊的電子郵件/簡訊。 您可以使用此追蹤資訊在服務提供者的網站上追蹤您的貨件狀態。

退貨和換貨

如果您對訂單不滿意，您或可以在收到後 14 天內退貨或換貨。 請聯絡我們以取得如何退貨或換貨的說明。

其他資訊

對於因我們無法控制的因素（例如天氣、交通或清關）造成的任何延誤或遺失的貨物，我們不承擔任何責任。
我們保留隨時更改運輸政策的權利，恕不另行通知。

 

Shipping Policy

Basic shipping and free shipping conditions:

General products:

Basic shipping fee is HK$40; free shipping for orders over HK$300


Frozen or chilled products:

Basic shipping fee is HK$75.00; shipping fee is HK$35.00 off for orders over $300 (actual charge is HK$40.00); free shipping for orders over $500
Note: Mixed goods will be calculated based on frozen or chilled product standards.

We ship using various Hong Kong courier service. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and shipped within 1-2 business days. Deliveries are made Monday-Friday, except on public holidays.

Delivery Coverage

We deliver to all commercial and residential addresses in Hong Kong. We do not accept post office box addresses, however, SF lockers are acceptable. Regarding the remote area, we might not be able to provide customer with delivery service.

Shipping Times

Shipping times typically range from 1-2 business days, depending on the delivery location. Our team will ship out the order once it's ready.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email / SMS with tracking information. You can use this tracking information to follow the status of your shipment on the service provider's website.

Returns and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return or exchange it within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us for instructions on how to return or exchange your order.

Other Information

We are not responsible for any delays or lost shipments due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, traffic, or customs clearance.
